We donate to pay for 3D mammograms for patients who are uninsured or underinsured in underserved communities in Washington, DC. We also want to help survivors who struggle to pay household finances while they are paying the high cost of prescribed medication. Our annual fashion event is important because we must educate women under 50, in particular, of the importance of early detection because the death rate of women in this demographic has continued to rise and Breast Cancer is the second leading cause of death in women next to lung cancer.
Our team attends and volunteers at community events that promote the importance of Breast Cancer Awareness, early detection, and annual mammogram screening. We bring our fun sewing activities to these events every year.
We host appreciation events for friends and family of our annual fashion event. It is important for us to keep in touch with the survivors who have participated in our events. A sisterhood has evolved from their involvement with the annual fashion event.

In the early days of Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Tito donated product to local nonprofit events. Over time those small, localized gestures not only continued, but evolved into a nationwide movement to make the world a better place.
As the company grew, Tito empowered each and every member of the team, regardless of their role, to support the causes they were passionate about in their local communities. As Tito’s Handmade Vodka continued to gain momentum across the country, involvement in philanthropy grew in tandem. The more people who joined the Tito’s family, the more hearts and hands were out in the world spreading love and goodness, with Tito’s behind them all the way.

My father passed away from complications due to his prostate cancer treatment. My mother selected one of the best family health insurance plans, before her retirement, which removed any financial stress from our family during my father's treatment. This made it easy for us to focus on his treatment and care (instead of medical bills).
So many cancer patients don't have adequate health insurance coverage and it is difficult to pay for the medications, reconstructive surgeries, and even everyday expenses.
We want to help make a difference in the lives of those who need screening, education, treatment, transportation, or just help with their monthly bills.
